Salesforce Administrator

Acerca del empleo

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will play a key role in building and scaling our Salesforce ecosystem. This is more than a traditional admin position. You will help design a modern CRM platform that enables automation-first operations, supports AI-driven initiatives, and provides scalable solutions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and our Contact Center.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and create a reliable CRM foundation that grows with the business.

What You'll Do

Manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including users, profiles, permission sets, security, objects, page layouts, record types, and data governance.
Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud to support the full lead-to-close process, including lead management, accounts, contacts, opportunities, forecasting, products, and price books.
Support the implementation and ongoing administration of Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, Omni-Channel routing, agent console, macros, and related service processes.
Support and improve CTI and telephony integrations, including routing logic, screen pops, call dispositions, and agent productivity tools.
Design, build, and maintain scalable automations using Salesforce Flow to eliminate manual work and improve business efficiency.
Implement and maintain Salesforce DevOps practices to support secure, reliable, and repeatable deployments across environments, including sandbox strategy, version control, and release management.
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Contact Center teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and system workflows.
Build reports and dashboards that provide insights into sales performance, customer lifecycle, service operations, SLA compliance, agent productivity, and funnel health.
Analyze CRM usage and operational metrics to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Manage data quality initiatives, including imports, deduplication, cleansing, and governance.
Support integrations with internal systems, marketing platforms, billing solutions, and third-party applications.
Maintain clear documentation for configurations, automations, integrations, and business processes.
Deliver user training, onboarding, and ongoing support to drive adoption across the organization.
Troubleshoot system issues and serve as a trusted Salesforce expert focused on platform reliability, scalability, and performance.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a fast-paced or enterprise environment.
Salesforce Administrator certification required.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, security model, and data management.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud (lead-to-close process) and Service Cloud. Contact Center operations experience is highly preferred. (replaces the Service Cloud–only bullet)
Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management (change sets, DevOps Center, or tools such as Gearset or Copado) and sandbox management.
Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations teams.
Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, and requirements gathering.
Experience building reports, dashboards, and CRM analytics that drive business decisions.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, connected apps, middleware, and data synchronization concepts.
Experience with lead routing, lifecycle automation, and revenue operations processes is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment.

Nice to Have

Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
Experience with DemandTools (or a similar tool such as Cloudingo) for data cleansing and deduplication.
Experience integrating Salesforce with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).
Experience with AI-powered Salesforce capabilities (e.g., Einstein, Agentforce).
Experience working in SaaS, technology, or other high-growth companies.
Exposure to Revenue Operations or Sales Operations teams.
