We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to drive execution across cross-functional product and engineering initiatives.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Design, owning delivery, improving team efficiency, and ensuring projects move from concept to launch smoothly.
In addition to core product development responsibilities, this role will support the Product team with structured tasks such as gathering requirements, organizing inputs, and drafting standardized product documentation using existing templates.
A key component of this role is maintaining strong communication across teams, ensuring stakeholders are informed on sprint progress, upcoming releases, and post-release outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Translate product and business requirements into clear, actionable work for engineering
Draft product tickets and documentation using predefined templates (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria) for Product leadership review
Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to define scope, timelines, and dependencies
Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to define weekly sprints & backlog/bug escalations
Proactively identify and present risks, blockers, and tradeoffs to drive resolution
Track progress and ensure clear visibility into project status across teams
Own end-to-end delivery of product and engineering initiatives, from planning, managing product handoff to the development team, development builds, QA, and final release
Draft and distribute clear, concise release notes for internal and external audiences
What we’re looking for
+1 year as Technical Product Manager or Product Owner
Experience as an engineer is desired
Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and actively leans into problem solving
Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile or iterative environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Comfortable working with technical concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments
Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured, actionable tasks
Experience with project management tools like Jira and Asana
